Paint the ceiling with strong anti-mould paint for the bedroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. Very small one bedroom unit 67 sqm. Paint can be provided. Ceiling has mould and will be easily cleaned as done in the past. It will be sanded as part of the process anyways.
