Skirting board to the whole house to close a gap between the wall and the floor. I will provide the Skirting boards from Bunnings.

Paint lounge, dining, one bathroom, kitchen, three bedrooms, laundry & hallway. Paint all ceilings and walls, architraves and skirting boards. Everything can be painted in the same wall colour and finish. (No need for low sheen or gloss to doors skirts architraves etc.) Floor plan is 160 m². Ceiling height are 2.7 m throughout. This is a post for quotes to engage a painter to hopefully be able to spray out the whole job. There may be some slight patching required.

Need skirting installed into 2 bedrooms and lounge room in a vacant house. Labor only. We will supply the skirting board. Not: $130 per room- $400 for 3 rooms.

We'd like our fence, gutters, window trims and door frames painted white. And the weatherboards along the side of our home too. It's about 3 x3 metres worth. Our 1890’s house needs a few of the external walls and surfaces stripped and painted. We will supply paint for facade and front door, and stripping chemical for front door. 4 areas to be attended to: 1. Front facade + windows + canopy (as p photo) Require above and below canopy - canopy may not support weight Front canopy (metal lattice, gutters, columns, timber work underside) 2. Front door surround (partly stripped) needs to be stripped with an applied product. Interior face doesn’t require stripping, + Front door to be painted 3. Side walls: no window. 10m x 4m (+narrow soffit + gutter) 4.
