Building surveyor for a 150 meter square house. House have very small three bed and bathrooms open kitchen living and garage. Reason for inspection is house showing several cracks in ceiling in living area and cracks in concrete in garage. House seven years old. Report required to find if there are other issues with house work apart from one visible and if the work is carried in compliance with Victorian act. I will not like the attic to be inspected only reason is as their is cracks in the ceiling and I am concerned if the ceiling fall down. I may not be able to show it as natural occurring crack.
