Looking for help painting the inside of my house. all the supplies are there and most of the prep/taping has been done. It's a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a livingroom/kitchen. House size 59 meters squared. We have already painted 1 bedroom fully and nearly 1 single coat of the livingroom/kitchen. But we need help with a 2nd coat of the living room/kitchen and help with the downstairs level. Owner will be home working on the painting project with you helping guide. This house has 3 bed rooms, formal living, dining, family rooms and 2 bathrooms (see plan). External areas include verandah which has lot of exposed brick which doesn't need to be painted(see photos). Tiled roof is not to be painted, so only a small section will need work(see front facade photo to get idea). There is a picket fence (including gates) on two sides of the property (Shown in yellow on the plan) that also needs to be painted. Additional clarification :- 1. Property will be vacant during paint job 2. Paint will be supplied 3. Ceilings (including verandah ceiling ) need to painted. 4. Exterior walls (including verandah pillars) need to be painted only in areas where there is not exposed brick work. 5. Need same or similar colour scheme (shade may vary for some interior rooms but not by much) 6. This single-storey house has a small studio attic (2.4 x 4.1) that also needs to be painted. 7. All doors & frames, windows & frames, architraves, skirting need to be painted.
