Hi There I am looking for a great and reliable painter to paint a house for me in advance of selling it. Painting to include all walls, skirting boards, doors, ceiling and architraves. All internal painting must be 3 coats on walls and 3 on ceiling and must be rolled / brushed (not sprayed). Colour to be Dulux Natural white. Oil based paint for all doors, skirting boards and architraves. Would like some quotes for the outside of our house to be painted, including gutters and door, excluding the fence.

Painting a home 3 bedroom house ceiling, wall, and arch’s. The house is around 10 squares. Located in Epping vic

Paint only one wall of old weatherboard house. Approx dimensions of wall - 4m x 19m. Paint needs to be the same as the the rest of the house - Dulux Weathershield. The weatherboards will need to be sanded and filled (as required) but this side of the house is on the neighbours side so doesn't have to be aesthetically perfect - it just needs to be painted and sealed to keep the weather out and be watertight. The house is 4m tall and reduces to about 3m at the back, and the gap between the houses is about 1m, so suitable equipment should be available to allow access and to prevent overspray on the neighbours house. The weatherboards are a mix of original and newly replaced boards, all are functional (ie not soft or rotten) just some of the older ones have peeling paint.

2Bed Townhouse to be re-painted, walls and woodwork, and ceiling in 1x bedroom 2x bedrooms 1x bathroom (mostly ceiling) 1x hallway downstairs 1x stairwell (very tall) 1x open plan upstairs (kitchen/dining/lounge) prep the walls (some delightful marks from my beloved children) including some very minor holes to fill - see pictures. 2 coats of paint please. Some pain touch ups where there’s been some water damage and dog chewing. I’ve got paint samples but would need someone to repaint these areas with the correct paint. The damaged areas have already been repaired and just need to be sanded then painted
