Painting required in terrace house to repair and repaint water damaged areas. Please refer to photos attached showing the water damage which covers 3 areas. Areas will require proper repair and surface preparation before painting. Work to include - ** Sanding, patching as required and priming affected areas. **Mould removal and treatment in the area shown in the photos - this is only in 1 area. ** Painting repaired sections to match existing wall colour (there is some residual paint from a previous repaint). **Must ensure a clean and professional finish, with house to be left clean and with flooring surfaces and other surrounding areas to be protected from paint and any other damage. The damage areas consist of a section of the hallway (caused by dampness from the roof/adjoining wall) and shared corner between 2 rooms due to gutter issue which has been repaired. The property is a terrance house, walls are a combination of solid plaster and plasterboards. Unrestricted access to damaged areas. Seeking to have work completed over next two weeks.

We are about to paint an old house and want to cover as many cracks as possible. There are hairline cracks and areas where plaster is falling away significantly. Keen to get it done asap as we have prepped all rooms for painting. Flexible on cost depending on how long you think you’ll need and how many of the cracks can be covered etc. We are aware many of them are caused by house movement and have 3-5 years plans to knock down and rebuild.
