I’m looking for professional painters to paint the interior of a single-storey house in Armadale. The property has 3 bedrooms, 1 study/office, 1 hallway, family/lounge, kitchen and bathrooms. Scope of work: • Paint all interior walls white (Dulux Wash&Wear or equivalent). • Prepare surfaces as required (minor patching, sanding, sealing). • Apply 2 coats minimum for full coverage. • Ceilings, skirting boards and doors may be included – please quote separately. • Must bring own tools and equipment. We require our single level brick home to be cleaned of dust and cobwebs. Due to the age of the house it will need to be hosed and a broom /soft brushes / cloths used to clean the house. No high pressure cleaners.
