Just had the bathrooms redone and need them both fully painted.

The kitchen ceiling needs painting, and the bathroom needs the ceiling to be the old paint scrapping back and new paint put on the small bathroom.

Master bedroom extension, needing bathroom wall and wardrobe walls plastered. Float only as floor to ceiling tiles and walls will be covered in walk-in wardrobe as well cupboards will take up full wall space.

Require ceiling and cornices to be painted white in one room. Currently a light shade of Grand Piano (off white/beige). Room measures 4.7m x 4.2m I will provide Dulux ceiling paint. Room is furnished and furniture will need to be protected.

Renew alfresco area 1. Industrial sand (to grain) and varnish 57m2 of wood decking. It is currently stained reddish and want natural colour. 2. Varnish will be supplied. Sanding machine and other consumables need to be supplied by the Tasker 3. Clean area after sanding and protect furniture, tiles and pavimg

One side of plaster bedroom ceiling has started to detach and is bowed in the centre of single side only (3700) by approx 40 mm Needs reattaching and fixing accordingly. Separate quote for painting to make good is also requested. - Due date: Flexible

I need some minor plaster / fill done for some settling cracks on a few walls and one needs a touch more fill that has previous water damage. They then need to be painted over (This paint I have). Plaster fill you need to supply but a 1-1.5kg bucket should be more than enough. I also have a front door that's got some rim water damage which requires light sanding and then a full paint. Door has glass panels in it so will need to be taped before painting etc(Paint for the door you need to supply and we can discuss colour etc). Lastly I have several steel door frames with paint nicks that need to be painted over. Budget will be flexible based on the requirement to purchase 'fill', spatula, paint, brushes and so on. $ value quoted is for the labor and you add the materials cost to that $ figure for your total.

This is a large room - wall, 7 meters wide If you can recommend a particular type of wall paper that you recommend as well as not all the products are the same I expect. - Due date: Flexible

Seeking someone to paint over patch work that was done after some vents were installed. Sanding will be required and I have attached several photos to give an idea of the job.
