You must have your own equipment. House is in Thomastown. Color must match. Weekend job. Around 130 sqm ceilings.

Installation of wall and ceiling gyprock and finishing. I will be available to conduct free labour. It is a room the size of three standard bedrooms with ceiling height of 3.2 m. The kitchen and bi-fold doors take a considerable amount of square meterage out. There is one exposed beam that will need to be encased and finished also. I am estimating that it would take two x 8 hour days, however it may be less than this depending on time. Happy to negotiate a fixed price for completion, however. Also negotiable on date. All materials supplied, you will need your own tools (Although I have the basics, cordless drills etc.).
