Sand, prime and paint walls of a living/dining area (incl. wall next to kitchen)+ entry way. Please see attached photos and floorplan for size reference. I don't have the exact dimensions of the entry way, but it's not every long. Maybe three metres? I have a 3m long solid oak dining table and looking for a handyman who has had experience in sanding and staining furniture, to help me finish it as I am moving house. The table is currently in my double garage and the work can be done there, so no need to move it. I have already stripped / sanded the table top, just need you to sand the legs and apply a stain in a walnut colour. This needs to happen this Saturday, I expect there is approximately 4 hours work here and I will purchase the stain.
