Paint a wooden dining chair. I’d like to sand the paint down and paint it with new color.

Would like a few very small surface cracks filled and the ceiling in the lounge/ dining and kitchen area repainted please. It's in very good condition, but the whole area will need repainting so it doesn't look patchy.
