Got 5 dining chairs, looks old due to wear and tear.. Looking for a carpenter or painter who can varnish or paint the chairs to restore it’s the dining table is in good condition. Possibly the job shouldn’t take more than an hour.

I have a concrete dining table and buffet. They both had a quite a few scratches on them so I got it painted, this is now worse ! So I would like the paint sanded off and then both of them have the concrete polished.

Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced painter to help complete the following: New skirting boards: Sanding, patching, caulking, and painting with an enamel finish. These skirting boards were installed after new floorboards were laid — the new floor area includes 4 bedrooms and 2 living area and has an approximate total length of 125m skirting boards. New wainscoting: Sanding, patching, caulking, and painting with an enamel finish. The wainscoting area measures approximately 160 cm (height) × 955 cm (width) on 3 walls combined.Color is to be determined. Dining area walls: Repainting for a clean and even finish. Work Stages (if possible): Stage 1: Ground floor skirting boards and wainscoting — both are already installed and ready for painting now.This stage is preferred to start ASAP. Stage 2: Upstairs skirting boards — installation is expected to be completed by next Monday 10th Nov, and painting can be done afterward.If stage 1 can not be started ASAP,it can be combined with stage 2 on 11th Nov. Sand, prime and paint walls of a living/dining area (incl. wall next to kitchen)+ entry way. Please see attached photos and floorplan for size reference. I don't have the exact dimensions of the entry way, but it's not every long. Maybe three metres? Prepare and paint 2 x lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen and hallway including ceilings, windows and architraves. Spaces highlighted in yellow on floor plan. Wall highlighted in green will be VJ panelling that can either be painted prior to installation or after. Skirts will be removed and will require painting. All flooring will be removed, and painting will need to occur before new floors installed.

I have a 3m long solid oak dining table and looking for a handyman who has had experience in sanding and staining furniture, to help me finish it as I am moving house. The table is currently in my double garage and the work can be done there, so no need to move it. I have already stripped / sanded the table top, just need you to sand the legs and apply a stain in a walnut colour.
