I want someone to paint two walls , living room and lounge as feature walls

- 3 bedroom townhouse full interior including doors if possible except bathrooms (see floor plan) painted and patched where needed (one bedroom does not need painting) - walls and ceiling of small living, dining, kitchen and laundry downstairs - walls only of 3 small bedrooms upstairs and upstairs living - walls of staircase - also some of the walls are scuffed and chipped and need small filling and sanding - ceiling downstairs has some minor damage due to water and needs a good sand and patch then painted - looking for someone who is more of an allrounder can do a decent job at both painting and patching as home was previously lived in by renters and completely not taken care of + bonus if they are assist with redoing some of this poor silicone work (see photos) - wanting the walls all same colour an off white/beige colour and ceilings left white white - BEDROOM no. 3 + GARAGE + BATHROOMSs (not including water closets) do not need painting.
