Need a small paint on the scratch part

I need paint touch ups around house mainly on architraves, skirting and doors. There are about 20 areas throughout the house with minor flaws. In some cases will need to be filled with putty and sanded before painting. I will supply paint but other equipment will need to be provided when you do the job.

2 ceilings need painting. 1) in bathroom -just a pint- small area 2) in laundry strip off current paint and repaint. Coudl expand to include more tasks.

I have a two bedroom apartment 85sq I need a 3 coats of paint I have also attached and image of 4 door, jams and doors need to be painted The whole apartment needs to be repainted

I need the ceiling and 3 walls white painted for my kitchen as it’s been covered with black smoke. - Due date: Before Saturday, 17 February 2024

The fence is weathered and it needs a deck clean gurney wash, followed by a spray on clear coat/seal. - RHS fence both sides need doing, inside and outside - CENTRE fence both sides need doing, inside and outside - LHS (taller fence) only one side needs doing, the inside. The RHS clean only is already half done which you can see as example. All tools and materials are provided. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024

Sand back and reseal timber bench tops- no major damage some surface scratches - Due date: Flexible

Paint 1 bedroom, walls and skirting boards. 2 coats. Prep and repair some holes from 3 shelves. Other minor prep on walls too. Room size 3 x 3.3m. Paint is dulux, Vanilla Quake Quarter low sheen. Sand & oil outdoor teak 3 x seater bench. Has been previously oiled a number of time but that has since worn down so require complete sanding back to non weathered teak colour & re-oil. Bench will need to be dismantled into 4 x pieces to fit in the lift. Measure 1800Lx900Hx550D. Require this to be done off location at your premises & delivered back & reassembed on site. - Due date: Flexible

Clean and prep walls, some water damage spots. 2 coats. Mildew resistant paint. Looking to do job starting from 17 Jan 2024. Walls and ceiling. Place is vacant - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 18 January 2024

I'm looking at getting a couple of decks sanded in preparation for Christmas. First deck is about 4610x5570x1000 with some steps cut in. Second deck is 4500x5480x580 with no stairs. Just looking for sanding please. - Due date: Flexible

5 year old American oak timber stairs needs resanding. There are two floors of 11 steps each floor so 22 total. The builder used boner as floor vanish. We sanded it back and used Cabot cfp floor finish and these marks appeared. We need this sanded to even out the timber. As we are selling house so there needs to be minimal dust. - Due date: Before Friday, 29 September 2023

Looking to render microcement on bathroom walls. the bathroom is approx 3x3m with ceiling height 2.2m just the walls - not ceiling or floor. waterproofing done and everything prepped to render. Shower nib wall and vanity top also. Have micro cement product already. It needs 2 coats of micro cement which 2nd coat can be done 1-2 hours after first coat - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 22 September 2023
