Painting walls of a two bedroom stata unit in Bondi Junction

My front gate needs a fresh coat of paint. It was powder coated 15 years ago but now shows signs of age. Needs clean and rust treatment in a few spots followed by metalshield epoxy paint all over. Paint and treatment products supplied.

A Gyprock / gypsun board / plasterboard is broken, the crack is about 50cm long and the wall is painted in white. I need someone to fix the board plus paint in white matching the color of the wall. Idk exactly when is possible to do as the place is used for lessons, so the date and time is to be confirmed. The budget proposed include everything, labor and materials.

Need someone to oil (using Cabot’s Aquadeck) my timber deck and stairs. Includes hand rails and deck posts. Pressure hose first in a few dark areas of deck would help (see deck photo). 2 coats required. Quick dry and water based. Oil and applicator etc supplied.

Hi, This is a job at a 2-bedroom apartment. Flexible with dates, preferably before 8-Jan. I need help to paint the metal frames of approximately 9 windows in the apartment. - Only interior work (cannot paint the exterior as it's part of the building facade) - They are now dark brown, and I'd like to paint them white. - some are a bit old so would need proper sanding / priming - there are now blackout curtains in some windows that would have to be removed and reinstalled when job is done - it can be done over multiple days, no problems. I expect professional work, not staining furniture, painting the glass, etc.
