We have just had all of the tiles installed so the walls do not need painting, just the ceilings and window/door frames. You will also need to fill/spackle two door frames and two windows and then paint them as pictured as as well. Please let me know if you are able to remove the architraves in the laundry as well to create a crisp line, although this is not essential it is just something I would like done to match the rest of the bathroom space. 3-bedroom house down in Rosebud that we are in process of gathering quotes for painting. It's essentially a 3-bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, separate laundry, open kitchen & living area, plus passageway. Ceilings, walls, doors and probably two pairs of double sliding wardrobe doors. Skirting boards, door/window frames and kitchen cupboards are all timber and we're leaving them alone at this point. We are leaning towards a neutral off white colour to lighten the place up a little. The carpet and curtains that are there at the moment will most likely go but don’t know what they will change to at this stage… We’ve started sugar soaping the walls ourselves already and will try to do most of the wall patching ourselves… Cheers!!
