There are several wooden doors in a newly constructed building, located between the living area and the bathroom. The lower part of the doors, close to the floor, has been damaged due to moisture. The wood has started to peel and the paint has come off in those areas. In addition, one of the door locks has become loose and needs to be repaired. The damaged wooden sections need to be scraped or sanded, and then repainted with a matching color. However, we currently do not have the matching paint available.

I just had my kitchen bench painted a grey colour but it clashes with the house, I just need the kitchen bench and bathroom vanity surface to be repainted. There are tiles in in the kitchen which may also need a touch up. The colour I want is the colour in the pictures.
