Painting of 1 bed apartment needs doing. 2 coats walls only. White paint. Living room 3.8m x 5.5m Bedroom 3.2m x 4.9m Doors and door frames need painting included. Not currently lived in.

Total room area for combined living/kitchen/dining area is approximately 6mx7m and has 2.7m high ceilings. There is some damage to the walls from previous water damage that will need to be repaired ( I have pictures available). Ceilings to be painted in this area as well. Ceiling only in hallway to have some small cracks patched and painted (approx 1mx7m with 3.2m ceiling height) - no need to paint walls in this area. Two doors and frames to be painted as pictured. We have most paint available apart from black feature wall but may need more - happy to reimburse additional paint required in addition to task cost.
