Paint can be supplied or allowed for. Only a few internal doors given most are being replaced with veneer covered doors. Should be mainly rolling ceilings and walls. Job rate is labour only for two people for one day. Additional days on top if required. Free parking available onsite for vehicles under 1.95m.

Need to paint the walls for the 2-bedroom apartment before Christmas

Hello! Looking for a painter to PRIME ONLY (no painting) the ceiling of our apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment but one of the bedrooms doesn’t need priming, neither does the bathroom. Only entry, 1 bedroom, corridor, kitchen and living room (see floorplan in the photos, green area). There is some plastering patching required in the ceiling as well (see photos) I can provide the primer if you want, or you can get it but it must be low VOC. I also have joint compound for the patching of the plaster. Job is in Sydney CBD, Sussex street, but have parking onsite. Most of the walls have already been painted so it has to be a very clean and neat job please. Thank you! Edit to add: also painting 4 internal doors (including taken them off the hinges and putting them back, but we can help with this if needed). Paint for this will be provided.

I have a 2-bedroom apartment that recently had new flooring and skirting boards installed. The installers didn’t seal the gaps between the wall and the skirting, so I’m looking for someone detail-oriented to tidy up the finish. Scope of work: • Apply No More Gaps neatly between the wall and skirting • Apply clear silicone sealant between the skirting and floor for a clean, sealed edge • Fill small drill holes or plank gaps in the skirting • Paint and sanding (want it looking in as new condition as possible) Materials: I already have most materials on hand – caulking gun, No More Gaps, hole filler, and shaping tools. I’ve done three coats on ceiling in my apartment. I’m not fast enough by myself to not get lap marks. Even tried rolling to light source, across light source etc. need a pro to come finish the job. Using Dulux Ceiling Paint - natural white tint. One continuous ceiling. Not doing bathrooms. No furniture in working area. Drop sheets down.
