Hi [Support Team / Meta Support], I’ve recently discovered that I no longer have business ownership of my Facebook page Guitar Garage. I used to be able to post on Instagram and have those posts automatically shared to the Facebook page, but that functionality has suddenly stopped. When I checked Business Portfolio Access via Meta for Business, I found that a company named “Rede Vida em Cristo” is listed as the owner of the business profile. I do not recognise this organisation, nor do I recall ever granting them ownership or access to my page. Currently, I can still access the page—post content, make edits, and respond to messages—but I’m unable to link my Instagram account to the Facebook page or manage some key settings. I believe my personal Facebook profile is still connected to the business account, but it doesn’t grant me the level of access required to fix this issue.
