Door is timber, 920mm wide, 40mm thick. Current lock is a Gainsborough Trilock 8951ANG, 54mm bore, 60mm backset. 1. Fix door alignment. Top of the latch side sits proud, bottom closes flush, I have to push it in to lock. 2. Replace the lock with an Aqara U400 smart deadbolt. Physical install only, no setup needed. 3. Install a back-to-back pull handle beside the lock (450mm offset, M8 bolts). 4. Install two magnetic door catches.
