These roses hold special sentimental value to the owner, so they need to be handled with particular care throughout the process. Our busy family of five requires the assistance of an enthusiastic and trustworthy individual for the purpose of general housekeeping and cleaning tasks. Ideally, someone who is available for approximately 2 hours per week (paid on an hourly basis). We are reasonably flexible and hours/tasks can in most cases be catered to your schedule. Tasks will include but not be limited to: - Vacuuming - Mopping - Cleaning kitchen - Cleaning showers/bathrooms - Dusting - Light laundry duties - Light dishes duties - General tidying and reorganising of toys and/household items. All equipment and products will be provided. Tasks will be prioritised as required. Someone with a flexible can do attitude with a great initiative based thinking would be superb. Those with a police check and/or WWCC will be prioritised. Ongoing incentive and potential babysitting offered to the right candidate (if desired). I have recently moved homes and while the rest of house is done I have to still complete some unpacking and mostly organising my home office and therapy room (I am a speechie that works with kids). I have a bad back so the additional help also means less time bent over things. As an ADHDer having someone to help encourages my motivation of getting tasks started and completed. I need to pack down and move some of my furniture such as beds and drawers to my living room. (No stairs besides lifting smaller items into our roof attics up a ladder) 2 beds (1 queen, 1 king) Office desk 2 Couches 3 large rugs 2 low boy drawers with items inside Some boxes and other smaller items And some things need to be lifted into storage in our roof via our ladder. I will have everything ready and labeled where it needs to go so we can just start playing Tetris with the furniture and boxes when you arrive. I cannot help with any lifting at all due to being 6 months pregnant. Please note we have a large and friendly golden retriever who will appreciate some pats and attention.
