A family member will be assisting with clean. Type of clean: Hard domestic deep clean. Please note that the occupant’s hygiene standard is low due to health reasons. There is residue of tobacco and stale cigarette smoke throughout the property. This clean will most likely be at 2 days. I’m willing to pay $300per day and I would expect the cleaner to work at least 6 hours on that day. There is also opportunity to clean up the outdoor areas for additional payment. Worker must be strong and fit, polite and curious to the elderly occupant.
