Hi Taskers, We found our previous regular cleaner/housekeeper through Airtasker and worked with her for several years before she moved interstate, so we’re now looking for someone new long-term. My partner and I live in Carnegie with our 8-month-old daughter and our friendly Golden Retriever. We’re looking for someone reliable who can provide regular maintenance cleaning, with occasional deeper cleaning tasks worked into visits over time. The main ongoing work would include: - Vacuuming and mopping - Dusting and wiping surfaces - Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning - General tidying/resetting of the home - Managing dog hair (we do also run a robovac regularly) In addition to the regular maintenance cleaning, we’d also like one deeper-cleaning task completed each visit where possible. For example: - Cleaning out the fridge - Deep cleaning the oven - Window cleaning - Carpet shampooing using our machine - Skirting boards/detail cleaning We are not expecting all deep-cleaning tasks to be done at once — just gradually tackled over time alongside the regular clean. Our home is a small 4-bedroom weatherboard home. Two of the bedrooms are rarely used and usually only require a quick dust/vacuum. We’re looking for someone who can bring their own equipment and products (vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies etc). I’ve priced the task based on approximately 4 hours for one person (around $70/hr equivalent), though it may also suit a team of two working shorter hours. Hello, I need a regular cleaner to help me with tasks around a small 1 bedroom apartment once a week initially, then once a fortnight. I have products to complete all of the tasks, I just need your handy self! Regular tasks will be vacuuming (wood floors), mopping, cleaning the bathroom. I'll also need help with random tasks like dusting, windowsills, cleaning the fridge, and those tasks that my adhd prevents me from seeing and attending to. Initially I'll need some assistance carrying some boxes of junk to the kerb for hard rubbish collection, and I live up one flight of stairs so I need someone who could handle that. The heaviest thing is a microwave, so it's not heavy lifting, just some boxes of junk. If you can quote me an hourly rate perhaps we could just start with you helping me for an hour with whatever you can get done and we'll go from there. Thank you!

I have Christmas presents that need to be wrapped up and named, around two hours worth of work, if anyone is interested in extra work they could wash my windows vacuum skirting boards etc. However if they only want to wrap the Christmas presents that’s okay as well.
