I need an experienced handyman to install high-performance insulation in my garage ceiling (20.7m²) tomorrow anytime(Thursday) or Friday morning. Entry/Exit: Through the front garage door, easy access manhole back corner of garage. Will pay $250-$350 depending on experience. The Material: I'll provide 4 packs of Earthwool R6.0. Please note these are extra thick (275mm). Access: Manhole easily accessible with a ladder (you provide) Safety: CRITICAL. Mains power MUST be turned off at the switchboard during the install due to solar, garage lighting, and other wiring across ceiling. Note for Installer: Because the R6 is 275mm thick, it'll completely cover the joints. You must be experienced and comfortable navigating the ceiling space safely (using a kneeling board/feeling for timber). PPE Provided: Ill provide new disposable hooded suit, P2 mask, gloves, and safety glasses for you. Please bring your own sturdy ladder. Timing: Start any time tomorrow (just give me time to get to Bunnings) best avoid midday - 4 as the space is literally an oven. Need done by midday Friday.
