Our Sony TV (model no. KD-55X85J) is broken. The sound still works, the backlight still works but the picture doesn’t work. I’m assuming it’s an issue with the TCON but I’m not an expert. If you know your way around a TV and think you know how to get the picture working, get in touch! It’s also worth noting that I have tried power cycling, a hard reset and I also don’t have any external connections connected

When I turn on the TV, there are sound but screen is black. It could be failed LED backlight inverter board or LED strips or a faulty T-CON board need replace.
