I’m looking to get a quote/service for my Sony TV that has developed a persistent boot loop issue. Model:KD-85X900H Issue Summary: • Symptom: On power-up, the TV displays the Sony logo, the standby LED flashes white, and then it immediately reboots without reaching the Home screen. • Remote: The TV is completely unresponsive to the remote control (IR signal verified working). • Diagnostics: There is no red blinking light (no error code triggered). Troubleshooting Already Attempted: • Left unplugged for extended periods with all external HDMI/Ethernet devices disconnected. • Attempted forced hard factory resets using the physical buttons on the TV body (Power / Power + Vol Down). The system ignores the command and continues looping. Based on the symptoms, it seems like a corrupted eMMC flash memory module or a mainboard failure. Could you please let me know your availability and estimated cost for diagnosing/replacing the main board?

HDMI ports on Sony TV model KD-65X7000E 2017 seems to trip the TV. Display turns on and off about 3 times before turning off completely and displaying 6 blinking red lights. Tried all online solutions including factory reset and power cycle but seems to be hardware related. Tried different power points, power boards, HDMI cables in different HDMI slots but same result. Sometimes the TV will stay on for a few hours and then trip or will only be a few minutes before it does the same error. Sound bar on the ARC HDMI doesn't seem to effect it but any set top box or consoles in any HDMI seems to effect it at varying time points. - Due date: Flexible
