Garage torsion spring tightened and side cable wire to be tightened

The torsion spring for my garage it too loose making the door heavy to lift up. Because of the heaviness it has made the side cables slightly loose because of the strain that it is putting on the cables. The cables therefore (not often) become misaligned. I need someone to: Tightened the torsion springs and Retighten the side cables to not have any slack. You must have insurance, use proper professional garage spring winding bars. And the proper tools to hold the garage door in place (like C clamps etc). If you have warranty please let me know. Thanks Chris

Hi guys, we are in an apartment and have an IQ5 box that needs to be connected to an aerial socket to access the free-to-air (FTA) channels (9,10,7,2 etc). Our apartment has a FTA aerial socket in another room, but the room where the IQ5 box is doesn't seem to have an aerial wall-plate.
