We need new tap installed, we have the new tap, just don’t have the tools to install tap in tight space under sink. Should be relatively easy for someone with correct tools.

Replace all yellow fluorescent lights with white fluorescent bulbs (6 bulbs need to be replaced). Repair the door/lock (unsure if the door or lock is faulty). Repair the toilet (leaking tank). Replace the mailbox.

Need internal door sourced and installed. There is currently no door so need to check for studs etc.

I have a quick, simple outdoor waterproofing/flashing job. It should take less than an hour for someone experienced. IMPORTANT: I have already purchased ALL the materials. You only need to bring your tools. You MUST have an angle grinder (with a metal cutting disc) and clamps/bench vice to cleanly cut the aluminium without bending it. The Job: Cut: Trim a 1m 50x50mm black aluminium angle down to exactly 85cm. Install & Pitch: Install it on an outdoor rendered wall just below an existing copper pipe to act as an awning over a timber board. Glue the vertical face to the wall using Sikaflex 118. Dual-Pitch: You need to create a slight outward fall (away from the wall) AND a slight tilt down towards the left so rain drains away from the pipes on the right. Tape & Seal: Use Gorilla Tape to secure it temporarily while the glue sets. Apply a clean bead of Sikaflex 112 Clear along the top edge to seal it completely. Flashing: Use Byute Flash tape to seal an awkward vertical pipe gap on the right side. Materials I will provide on-site: 1m 50x50mm black aluminium angle Sikaflex 118 High Grab & Sikaflex 112 Clear (and caulking gun) Gorilla Tape & Byute Flash tape Please confirm in your offer that you have an angle grinder and clamps for the cut.

I am moving out and have couple of chips and scratches on the wall. Need help patch them. One of the areas, see the second last photo, is a small hole that requires finding the matching color and patch. Ideally I would like to get it done today 15/6 or tmr afternoon. Thank you!

I have three fly screen out of which 1 has minor bend in it. These needs to be reinstalled in the windows as I am unable to do it. Also if you can fix the bend in the flyscreen as well. Note: Apartment is at level 3.

It looks like the wood frame of the door has deteriorated which may have caused the screws to become loose leading the latch breaking off of the frame. The photos show the door frame's wood at the bottom is breaking which is near where the latch has loosened and become unsecured. The top latch is still in place but it may break off too because there is more weight on it without the bottom latch. It is probably causing tearing on the frame.
