we have done a small amount of renovating and need some gyprock repairs done before painting. There are 5 areas: - - Stair case - we have removing a long section of skirting in the stair well. this needs to be smoothed over. (first image) - Old Vent - when the new ducted air con was installed, they have left the old intake vent - this is just sitting there and comes out. we need need this patched. (second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.

we are renovating upstairs and need 8 new internal doors fitted. they are all brand new fitting to existing door frames. 3m x 3m gable roof garden shed by Easyshed

I have purchased an Easy Shed Bike Shed that needs to be assembled. This really job really needs someone who has built one of these Easy Sheds before and understands how they go tother as the instructions are very poor. I have build Bunnings sheds before and they are far easier to assemble than this one.

Ducted air conditioning replaced. Gyprock repairs needed for ceiling above kitchen and in both bedrooms

Fire rated gyprock must be installed under the stairs in the garage. 2x13 mm layers of fire rated gyprock fire rated mastic to be applied around the edges and screw holes of the gyprock. Stairs are <1m wide - total of 15 stairs. Only the straight part of the stairs need the gyprocking. The top part can be closed off with gyprock (one photo) against a timber frame.
