Looking for someone to finish off some ceiling repairs in our kitchen following a renovation. As shown in the photos, we need: * Ceiling patched/repaired where required * Missing/damaged cornice replaced and finished to match the existing cornice * Timber beam coated as needed and sanded/prepped so it can be painted white * All repaired areas finished smooth and ready for painting Ideally looking for someone experienced with plastering/ceiling repairs who can get everything looking neat and properly finished. If you’re also able to paint the ceiling, cornice and beam white once completed, that would be a bonus and we’re happy to discuss including this in the job, but painting isn’t essential. We’d like to get this completed fairly soon as it’s holding up the final finishing pieces of our new kitchen. Please let me know if materials are included in your offer or if we need to supply anything.

Job is to install a curtain track in our living room ceiling. We already have the double curtain track, tools and all mounting hardware. My Elderly Aunty has a kitchen mixer tap that I think has become loose, water flow is still ok, but need someone to go & tighten the mixer for her so she can use it without worrying(I assume it just needs tightening from underneath). I need a baby gate installed, a small flatpack cupboard put together and mounted on the wall, and I need a curtain rod removed and a new one put in it's place. I have all of the materials except the fixings to attach the items to the wall.

Install a wall mounted clothesline onto freestanding legs. Clothesline & legs are supplied. Requires digging of 2 holes and to concrete legs into place. Solid perhaps excess concrete requested to be absolutely sure does not to move or lean in the future.

Supply and install scaffolding in prep for roof painting. Needed either side of the property which has narrow access (1.1m). One side of property is next to vacant land that hasn’t had any construction yet. The other side is a neighbouring property. May be able to get permission to go from their side if easier. Only need for one day (17th October) so will probably need to be installed on the 16th and collected either at the end of the day on the 17th or the morning of the 18th.
