We have a heavy iron mirror (52kgs) that we want to mount on our external brick veneer/rendered wall. There are several pipes that sit behind the mirror so we need to make space behind (6-7cm approx) when we mount it. Our idea is to affix timbers (hardwood) to the wall and then affix the mirror to the timbers to allow room for the pipes behind. It’s be great if you could supply materials/advise what you need and will pay separately. We have quite a few handyman jobs that also need doing if interested. Thank you!

I have a couple of sets of big glass sliding doors (plus security doors) that just need the tracks/rollers to be cleaned and checked. They feel like they are not sliding as good as they should be. Also need a new front door handle (which still needs to be purchased by you when you visit) that has to be attached. We have a pantry sliding door that isn't sliding properly either. This needs to be checked and fixed.
