Interior prop repair for upside down house: Use stapler to repair: Pillows, toys, blanket on the ceiling Nail/Screw books on the shelf that are flapping down Repair corner frame (needs a corner edge from bunnings) Staple vinyl tiles in bathroom (ceiling) Sink tap is loose, need to remove cabinet door and tighten it OR screw in from the outside. Reattach some of other props such as kettle and spatulas Few other small repairs. This is a commercial space that is an upside down house so there are props basically hanging above peoples heads for photos - need to attach them so they 'hang' correctly.
Highly recommended, would use again.

I need a plumber to fix 2 x toilets at my townhouse in Success please. I am flexible with dates/times this week. If next week, I can do Tuesday/Friday. The toilet downstairs is making a hissing sound and filling slowly when flushed. I understand it might need a new refill valve. One toilet upstairs is continuously flushing (slowly) (faulty flapper valve?). Given two out of three are having issues, I'd like some general maintenance on the third one please (also upstairs). It's not having any issues that I'm aware of, but prevention is key!
