Hey guys just been working on a small project need bird Avery finished as I don’t have the time. Just consist of organising some mould to my expense screwing off some sheets and organising some beams just to go across the front which I which you can get from Stratco to my expense it’s a easy cruise job as I’ll supply everything come out and see me and we’ll discuss payment. What I need • Unbox, assemble, and place the vanity and shelves according to the manuals. • Plug in and test the mirror lights (standard AU plug—no wiring needed). • Check everything is sturdy and level; adjust hinges/drawers if required. • Put packaging in my household bin/stack neatly for disposal. You’ll need • Phillips screwdriver, Allen/hex keys, small spanner/wrench; a drill with screwdriver bits can speed things up (no wall mounting needed). • Care with surfaces—please use a drop cloth/cardboard to protect the floor. Flyscreen repair needed please

Build 1.5m x 3.75m Skillion Roof Shed (EasyShed) on existing concrete slab.

My kitchen sink tap needs fixing. It has gotton loose. Its tricky to gets the hands at the place to fix it because its between the 2 sink bottoms. I an also unsure if this can be fixed or a new tap needs to be installed. The attached pics will give you a fair idea of what is wrong and what needs to be done

Our Batroom door not closing properly after the bathroom renovation. It is tight and not able to lock. It might need to cut at the bottom, or need to do some alignment.

Cut out Replace and patch 300mm strip of gyprock approximately 2.5- 3m long. Need 2 base coats done and 1 top coat, sand, ready for paint. Cornice not to be touched. I can supply all materials or you can yourself but make sure mentioned in quote. Need job started around 9am on 6th October.
