Hi, looking for a handyman/painter for three jobs. 1) Patch two window sills and one door frame and repaint them. They will not have glass panes in them any longer and will be open as appears in photo. 2)sand back dining table top (top only) and restain, revarnish (we’ll try and match the stain as much as we can to legs versus do a sanding of the whole table) and 3) secure four cupboards (there is a set on left and one set on right, similar to photo) in a way they are stable and safe and mounted to the wall. At the moment they’re just stacked up and loose. Looking for quality finish.Thx so much.

Buy a two pack of Pinnacle 16mm Galvanised LH Double Butt Security Gate Hinges. They are 16.50 at bunnings. Go to the house where the front gate is, remove the existing screws with an Alan key and screw driver, put on the hinges using the same holes and the same screws. Put the gate back on.
