Hello Handymen, Plumbers and Boilermakers, Metal deck flat roof at a shop in Seaford requires sealing. The tenant below is experiencing water drops on the hot plate grill cook top, With no visible marks of water damage to the plaster ceiling above, it is believed (not 100% sure) that the water is gaining access to the chimney on the roof top and running into the shop below. A previous plumber has fully sealed the base of the chimney stacks, with metal foil strips and UV protected black bitumen with plastic white mesh tape for reinforcement. I need someone to get into the shop’s ceiling, through the plaster ceiling port hole and scale across along to the underside of the metal decking to where the chimney stacks are and seal the underside of the metal deck roof sheets,(ceiling height 5 metres) and 4 metre horizontally trek from the porthole to the chimney) Tasker must have insurance cover for work done.
