The previous owners rendered straight over every single weep hole. I need them all re-opened to restore proper code-compliant cavity ventilation and stop a musty subfloor odour. Scope of work: Please walk the property perimeter to locate, chip open, and thoroughly clear out the rendered-over weep holes around the external base of the house. Please ensure clean, straight cuts through the render without cracking or damaging the surrounding wall face or structural bricks. Once the gaps are fully raked clear of debris, insert protective Weepa screens into the opened joints for a pest-proof finish. Must bring own tools and sweep up all masonry dust afterward. Note on materials: I am happy to supply the Weepa protector screens myself, or you can supply them and include them in your quote. Please clarify this in your offer.
