I have a shed that needs remodelling as I’m turning into a hair studios. It’s made from aluminium so the inside just needs to be boarded up and the ceiling needs to be gyprocked so that lighting can be put in. I may also need a window installed. The roof in the shed has some fibre board put in that’ll need to be removed before starting. It should take a days worth of labour. All materials will be supplied (you can let me know specifically what’s needed.) willing to pay a day rate of $500 cash.

Supply and install 2x fly screen sliding panels required. Panel size appoximate 2600h x 1200w. Full height sliding glass door panels with flyscreen tracks are already installed. Someone needs to come, take measuremnets, make the panels and come back to install them. Need to match the frame type and colour of the existing glass panels. No locks required.

Both mirrored wardrobe sliding door has come completely off the track and the other is loose. Mirror glass is not broken. Needs to be rehung and may need new rollers or adjustment. I need new gyprock installed over the existing ceiling in a small kitchen (2m x 4m). Job includes building frame under existing ceiling and cornice, supplying and installing new plasterboard, securely fixing sheets, and taping, setting, and sanding all joints and screw holes to a smooth, paint-ready finish. 4 x Light fittings need to be removed and reinstalled, they are plug in not wired.

Need to install 5 roller blinds and 1 curtain rod, into internal brick walls. Need to supply own tools.
