1930’s home, double brick and textured render with large cracks in walls which open and close in winter vs summer. Approx 6 wall surfaces that need filling/repairing. Some cracks lead to gaps in the cornices too which would be good to address at the same time. Would need a flexible compound to fill the crack before patching render. We have a custom wall in our backyard with tiles. Has been fine for circa 10 years, but some of the tiles at the bottom have come off.
