We need a handyman to complete a few small jobs at our home. These include: 1) About 20 deck panels need replacing due to rotting. Some of the bottom wooden pieces that hold the railings in are also loose. 2) 2 front gate posts are rotting. Was hoping for a repair of the top of the post, we can paint. 3) Removal of tile at front of house. 4) Blue railing at front deck needs nailing in. 5) Removal of screen door at back of house.
