Hi, I’m Cameron from Shutter Force. I’m looking for a reliable person to help me with the installation of outdoor blinds, awnings and shutters on an as-needed basis. Some weeks there may be no work, while other weeks there may be multiple installations. Jobs can be half days or full days depending on the workload. The role mainly involves: • Helping lift and position outdoor blinds and awnings • Holding products in place during installation • Assisting with measuring and installation • Using basic hand and power tools • Working on ladders when required Experience in blinds, shutters, carpentry, construction, handyman work or general trade labouring would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential if you’re reliable and willing to learn. We are based around Springfield and Ipswich. Depending on the job, we can either meet on site or travel together in the work van. I’m ideally looking for someone local who is physically fit, punctual, easy to get along with and interested in ongoing casual work when required. Ww have an outdoor motorised blind that is not working. The motor runs when I press the remote, but one out of 4 won't lift. The remote model is AC123-06D, which I believe is an Alpha motor. We are located in Norman Park.

Looking for installer for outdoor insect mesh blinds/screens – Brisbane Hi, I am looking for an experienced installer to help enclose the alfresco / outdoor living area at my house in Brisbane to reduce flies and insects while still allowing airflow. I am considering purchasing the outdoor blinds/screens separately myself, so I am primarily seeking installation quotes. However, I am also open to supply-and-install options if available. The area to be enclosed is the ground floor “Outdoor Living” area and includes approximately: • Front/main opening: 7.1m wide • Side opening 1: 3.0m wide • Side opening 2: 3.0m wide Total approximate coverage required is 13.1 lineal metres, subject to site measure. I am interested in insect mesh zip-track / side-retained outdoor blinds/screens with proper side channels and bottom seals to minimise gaps for flies and insects. For the 7.1m front opening, I would appreciate advice on whether this should be split into 2 or 3 separate screens. For one of the side openings, I may also need an access solution such as: • hinged screen door • sliding screen door • double doors or another recommended option. I would like to purchase some outdoor blinds and am looking for someone willing to: 1. Double check my measurements 2. Assist to choose the right product to purchase, and 3. Install them So far I like the Coolaroo range from Bunnings. I want low visibility for security. I have taken rough measurements. The patio needs two blinds (one approx 250cm and the other approx 235cm in length), and I also want one over a bedroom window (approx 155cm length and 120cm height) The images show the type of material that the blinds would be installed to.

3 x apx 2m outdoor blinds will be delivered and you will need to install them in the outdoor space. the blind company says any one with a drill ( which i have all the tools ) and can get things level... ( which im not good at! ) can do this job as a diy. thanks for reading.
