Repair Separated Cornices – Oran Park (Sunday Morning Preferred) I’m looking for an experienced plasterer or gyprocker to repair several separated cornice joints in my home in Oran Park. The house is approximately 4 years old, and there is an area where the cornices have developed gaps at the mitred corners and where the cornice meets the ceiling due to normal house movement. Job includes: * Inspect the affected areas. * Re-secure any loose cornices if required. * Fill and repair all gaps and separated joints. * Sand the repairs smooth, ready for painting. * Please bring all necessary tools and materials. (see attached photos). Location: Oran Park, NSW Preferred time: Sunday morning. When responding, please include: * Your experience with cornice/plaster repairs. * Whether your quote includes materials. * An estimate of how long the job will take.
