The house is approximately 4 years old, and there is an area where the cornices have developed gaps at the mitred corners and where the cornice meets the ceiling due to normal house movement. Job includes: * Inspect the affected areas. * Re-secure any loose cornices if required. * Fill and repair all gaps and separated joints. * Sand the repairs smooth, ready for painting. * Please bring all necessary tools and materials. I need someone to remove my clothesline and move it to the side of my house ready for council collection.
