Water leak dripping through in heavy rain on a corner cornice. Inspect small section of roof and flashing. Need - Seal 2 x window edges all around and gaps with quality weather proof silicon and backer rod. - Seal any holes in brick mortar with Mortafil cream colour from bunnings or equivalent weather resistant caulk matching colour. - Fill large gaps with steel wool and backer rod before filling. - Repair any timber loose or damaged as required. Paint can be provided. - Water test ingress with hose to ensure fix. Windows are on double storey so need to work from heights with insurance.
