Need the ceiling repaired from water damage in a garage. The damage section (~2m x 1.5m) has been removed and needs to be replaced. The cornice on 1 side has some damage in a small area (100mm) that will need to be replaced as well. Looking just to get the plaster and cornice hung and first fill.

The internal sliding door needs to be removed as children keep fitting their hands into the gap and getting them caught.
