We need a handyman to re-secure loose anti-slip stair nosing on a common stair in a 2 level building. The nosing has partially come off and needs to be properly reattached to prevent slip hazard. Scope of work: • Remove old adhesive • Clean surface properly • Apply strong construction adhesive (Sikaflex / Liquid Nails or similar) • Re-fix existing stair nosing securely • Ensure safe and firm installation Job details: • Location: meadowbank • Small job – approx. 1 to 2 hours • Flexible timing (prefer weekday) • Please bring your own tools and adhesive Important: • Experience with stair nosing / minor repair preferred • Must ensure strong and safe fixing (safety related area)
