Need to attach mirror fixtures in a tiled wall in a flat. Mirror is not heavy, two fixtures at top hold in place and then sits on fixtures at bottom. I have the fixtures but I don't have the screws & plugs for the wall.

Hi, Want to get my siliconed around whole of the sink to protect from water splash back Question, there is black gunk I believe around the sink area so would you have to lift the sink out and do a wipe down and then seal around or what would be the best option? Thanks
