I have three ensuites that had to have some tiles removed to replace the flick mixers. I need a tiler to come and retile the parts taken out around the mixers before the plumber can come back and install. 2 of the ensuites only involves 1 replacement tile and the other one involves 2 replacement tiles.I would prefer it done asap and the tasker must have previous tiling experience. 1) 1 rafter & 1 joist repair (sistering) at the front of home due to old termite damage. Attaching the picture for the rafter, couldn't click Joist picture but it's pretty similar) 2) 2 Gutters water flow alignment (~ lengths 15' & 8')(Picture of one of them is attached) 3) 1 plasterboard fixing to cover the hollow around the gutter and roof (~size 2'x1') and small metal flashing realignment in this area, so that the water flows into the gutter (Picture attached) I will cover the material cost, but you will have to tell me what is needed.

Central AC not working properly, some of the vents seems blocked and are not heating/cooling the rooms. Needs to be inspected for the source of the problem and probably requires cleaning/maintenance.
