Hi everyone, I’m looking for an experienced handyman or security screen specialist to help with several repairs and installations around my home. The front door security screen needs either a full replacement (supply and install) or repairs to the existing one. The automatic door closer isn’t working, the locks are missing, and an inspection is recommended to determine the best option. The first back door security screen has a latch that isn’t locking properly and needs inspection. The second back door requires a brand‑new security screen to be supplied and installed. One window also needs a new security screen supplied and installed. The bathroom door knob isn’t working and needs to be checked. The kids’ room requires a new door knob, with inspection recommended to confirm the right replacement. I’m looking for someone who can assess each item, advise whether repair or replacement is needed, and complete the work to a high standard. Please Quote for Inspection Initially.

The hail storm shattered through our old skydome skylight. It was obviously installed by previous owners. I need someone to please quote to inspect, purchase and replace the outer dome. Please also provide separate quote for diffuser (which is the internal cover). There is a store near by us that sells the parts however its for "members only".
