A leak is coming presumably from the laundry tub, located next to the back door as shown in pics. Plumber needed asap to rectify. Thank you.

We are looking for a plumber to move our laundry tub taps to our bathroom sink, and install new taps and washers in the shower bath (4), plus new taps over the laundry tub (2). We are providing the new taps. Also replace the silicon bead/seal around the bathtub and sink and vanity. If you could do around the kitchen edging that would be great too, but not mandatory. We have a major leak happening from these old laundry taps. Have bought a new set and need to have the old one removed and new one installed.
