The leak is old/fixed; I just want the aesthetics improved without a full tear-down. Re-seat or replace the H-joining strip where the ply has dropped. Glue the sagging ply back to the ceiling substrate). Brace/prop the sheet while the glue sets Apply new PVC joining strips or cover battens to hide the gap.

I broke the dog door by running into it while playing with the pups. Looking for repair or complete replacement as required. It’s a fixture in a screen door. Ideally fixed on a Monday but can be somewhat flexible.

There is a broken door stopper that needs to be replaced. It is on the back door and is a magnetic style door stopper. Photo attached. Please attend and replace like for like.
