Looking for a handyman to help with a few jobs around the house (photos provided): Mount a pre-assembled kitchen cupboard in a tight space Remove some general waste and take to the tip (I have council vouchers and will pay for any additional charges) Repair a water-damaged ceiling (approx. 4.5m x 1.8m) – plaster, cornice & insulation Add latticework/sheeting to block open areas under the house (dog-proofing) Location: Lambton. Ideally within the next 2 weeks. The listed budget is to cover the tip run. An hourly rate would be ideal so please include your rate and availability in your quote.

There is a broken door stopper that needs to be replaced. It is on the back door and is a magnetic style door stopper. Photo attached. Please attend and replace like for like.

I would like to get a water filter installed under my kitchen sink. One that is attached to my water system. A decent quality one,but one that isn't cost a fortune.

We have 8 blockout light roller blinds from different sizes that need to be installed, models are all back rolled, standar installation and left hand control. Need it done once product arrives mid next week. Also have about 3 windows which need the springs to be replaced.

Have a roof top basket and two racks. The 270 awning will need some heavy lifting and maybe adjustments . The roof racks and basket don’t go all the way to end of the roof but the awning needs an attachment done towards the back to keep it secure. Might have to remove the rear spoiler also and find a way to attach the brackets without extra bars. Happy to pay extra for the spoiler to be removed . - Due date: Before Thursday, 31 August 2023
