I want to get our vacuum fixed up on the wall - I have the dock for it. There are also some holes in the wall that I would like to be filled in (as seen in the picture).

I need insulation installed under the house floor. The house is raised, there is a door that you can enter from, there light that comes through some vents under the house. Refer to photos. Person can crouch in certain areas and crawl in others. I’ve installed about 25 matts already but I’m inexperienced and therefore its time consuming for me, I also work full time during weekdays and my weekends are quite full.

The wire that connects the handle of my garage door to the latch has snapped. I think it can be repaired with a new piece of wire attached to the existing wire but I don't have the wire, joiners or capability.

My kitchen sink has come loose and dropped from the benchtop cut-out. It looks like it may have been originally held with adhesive/sealant and possibly clips/brackets that have failed or are missing. I need someone to: • Securely re-fix the sink to the benchtop (using proper adhesive/sealant and clips/brackets as needed). • Ensure the sink is watertight and stable. • Supply any necessary mounting hardware (clips, brackets, adhesive/sealant). Notes: • The plumbing is still intact and connected. • Access under the sink is clear.

I need a couple things done with my chicken coop/area. I thought I had finished making it but a few of the buggers keep getting out 🙃 1. A roof (this will be done with just netting / mesh which I have already purchased (some of the chickens are flying over) 2. Moving the pavers that are on the grass currently to the gate (some of the chickens are digging and crawling under) I have attached a few photos. But photo 2 also shows the added taller fence we added Photo 3 - just for fun. Added extras - if you are able to remove the veggie patch that is in there, and fix up the bricks around my (hopefully okay) Rosebush. That would be amazing. I have no idea on time and pricing, it shouldn’t be too hard of a job. I’m just too medically unwell achieve it myself, so would love the help. Need to attach a 1.2m wide awning above our back door. Exterior wall is render. Awning needs to be attached to the internal frame of the building as per landlord’s instructions. Pics show the awning, door and render.

Recently install gas cook top & gas plumber unable to fixed the kitchen drawer as power shocked back side wall is between , so need to adjust drawer to make it fit
