I need regular Aircon maintenance done for this year. There are currently no issues with the aircon. The last maintenance was done in January 2025.

I have a desk which is used for reception which needs maintenace and adjusting. The desk is currently attached to the wall, i would like it moving forward to be positioned in front of the plug socket (see image). I would then like the desk to be extended to make it larger, please see image attached for reference. I believe this will require a handyman or someone with access to tools. Hi, I need a diagnostic and maintenance for a Mitsubishi air conditioner (model PUH6YK2) at a residential property in Forrest, ACT 2603. The unit blows air but does not cool properly. The area is 148 m² (approx. 448 m³). There are 3 outdoor units with a total of 6 fans. Need gernal maintenance done for sharp split Air-conditioner. Should have all the necessary licenses to carry out the work.

I need a few small repairs done in the house. It should be simple jobs for someone handy. 1. Broken fly screen 2. Cloth line screws missing/broken. I tried to install it but the hole didn’t fit? 3. Door lock screws missing/broken I can pay extra for the material per receipt if any replacement is needed.

One door lock is loose and the fly screen needs to be replaced. Another door and some cabinet doors need adjustment to make it close properly. 1 skylight needs to clean dust inside. One small anti-bird shed attached to pergola needs to be removed and paint the cut end.There are 2 broken wood grip for climbing roses to be fixed. Please see attached photos. I have no idea of how much it will cost. So I will just put down a random price here. The final price will be according to the accepted quotes.

Have a glass door that has issues with the hinge. Will also need to install a new door handle and probably fix the lock too

Our whirlpool washing machine is stopping mid-cycle. The filter is clean and the pump was replaced around 1 year ago.

I have an irrigation system that runs off two taps. One in the front yard and one in the backyard. The system in backyard has six stations running from an old upright garden tap. The line splits into six lines and solenoids. The manifold line is split and needs replacing. I would like to take the opportunity to reconfigure the inlet, removing the tap and creating a better manifold connection. It is currently very difficult to conduct maintenance like solenoid replacement, etc. The system runs off an automatic wi-fi timer that works very well.

Replace 2 gate latch, fix the fence post(the bolts are out), fix the clip for a downpipe

The fan on the reverse cycle air con works for cooling but not heating. Needs some TLC

Our front loader washing machine is leaking. It may need a seal check. We’ve got a small leak coming from the front door that trickles out during the cycle and currently a wrench holding the back together because the hose slipped off. We suspect it may have been damaged in our move by the removalist who hooked it up, but needing a professional to confirm what’s needed.
