Need someone to do regular aircon yearly maintenance for a 16kW ducted aircon system. The last maintenance was done in January 2026. Currently has no issues but just require annual check to keep warranty intact.

I have a desk which is used for reception which needs maintenace and adjusting. The desk is currently attached to the wall, i would like it moving forward to be positioned in front of the plug socket (see image).
