Need a tradesperson to help install some signs onto an existing board in Kaleen. We have an existing billboard that needs two small tasks. First is to install a self-adhesive circular sticker onto the face of the board. Sticker will be supplied, just needs install which will require a ladder to reach board. Sticker needs to be installed cleanly and without any air bubbles under. Second is to install a flag to side of board. Flag and wall mount supplied. Requires mounting the wall mount to metal board structure and then mounting flag to wall mount. Ladder required also. Images of the sign design and placement are available, as is image of the side of the billboard that the flag needs to be mounted to, which I can supply to anyone who makes an offer. Details of the supplied wall bracket for the flag are; 0º Wall Brackets: These bases are perfect if you have a set location at the front of your store or on a fence that you will be putting your Flags out on each day. The job is Tuesday 14 July, after work hours, with a 5 to 6pm start. The main rail is already up + need to add one small rail and we supply the hanging system, so the work is hanging the pieces and getting the alignment right across the run. You will need to bring a small ladder, a drill, and a laser measure for accurate levelling and spacing. This suits someone who hangs professionally and takes care with alignment and finish. Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

The bottom weight rail on the roller blind has detached from the blind fabric. The fabric does not appear torn; the adhesive attaching the fabric to the aluminium bottom rail appears to have failed due to age and wear. The blind cannot be operated properly and requires repair or reattachment of the bottom rail.
