My post box in my front garden in Taylor has been damaged.  it needs to be removed and replaced wth a large, studier post box, which I have just purchased. A hole will need to be dug where the black stones currently are, concrete will need to be applied as it is a freestanding post box,  the old hole for the post box filled in and finally 2-3 edging bricks laid. The dimensions of the old broken post box are 29cm (L) x 22cm (W). The new post box to be installed is 500cm( W) x 96cm (H) x 23cm deep. The dimensions of the area with the black stones are:  - 55cm from pavement to edging tiles  - 64cm from pavement to lawn Flexible about start date but need quote ASAP. Happy to pay a premium price for a good job and quick quote

Render to external facade of property chipped and damaged in multiple places esp. pillar in porch. Several stains to render on front of property due to impact of fragments. Cannot simply be painted over. Relaxed about start dates but keen for a quote ASAP.  Happy to pay extra for quote to be done soon. Washed & dried in dryer a red velvet throw (oldish I guess). Opened door of dryer & It exploded with lots & lots of red fluff, right in my face lol (hmm) Funny! Not funny. Anyhow need some skilled person to open the door of dryer see pics. With small small (‘Phillips’ head?) screw driver. Small small size. Clean inside. Put back… in place. Check if any other red stuff is around there. Did clean 6 times, around & inside. Vacuuming. Think it’s ok? But couldn’t access the door. The little screws! Bugger. Anyhow. Any takers? Thank you!. I am looking for someone to help repair a small plaster chip on a wall corner, which is roughly the size of a 20-cent piece. As the metal corner bead is slightly exposed, the repair will require appropriate filling and sanding to ensure a smooth, durable finish that sits flush with the wall. Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

Hi there, ​I am currently recovering from an injury and am unable to use one of my hands, so I need a reliable handyman to assist with two simple jobs around the apartment before the colder weather sets in. ​The Tasks: ​Window Insulation: Apply an EPDM sponge to the right vertical side of a window sill to act as temporary weather insulation, as the window is stuck a little bit open and I'll hire a handyman to fix it properly later. You don't need to do the whole sill, just that one side. Note: I already have the EPDM sponge ready to go, and it has an adhesive backing so no additional glue is necessary. ​Mount Bedroom Heater: Securely mount a heater to the bedroom wall. I already have the heater here, and I believe it comes with wall mounting brackets in the box. It also comes with castors, which will be our Plan B if wall-mounting ends up not being possible. I have a stud finder available for you to use. ​Tools and Hardware: Please note that I will only be providing the EPDM sponge, the heater (along with its included brackets and castors), and a stud finder. You will need to bring your own tools and any other necessary materials (such as your preferred screws or wall anchors for the heater, just in case the supplied ones aren't suitable) to complete the work. ​Location is an apartment in Belconnen. I require someone to move an old electric panel wall heater to another room (see pic of wall heater) and affix a new larger panel wall heater to the old room. The walls are very tough gyprock (it's an old house built in the 1960s. There are existing wall brackets in the old room - hopefully they don't require alteration to accommodate the new heater.

You'll need to find a solution to allow the screws to reattach.
