Handy Man Service to look at two issues: 1. The Garage Door begins to close but occasionally stops and becomes unresponsive to the remote. Other times it closes fine. I’m unsure why this is occurring. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue. 2. The half flush button on the toilet has ceased working. Hoping someone with experience can fix it.

I had a shelf mounted on a plasterboard wall, however the mounting brackets have come loose and started pulling at the plasterboard. I need help in to repair the damaged plasterboard and reattach the shelf to the wall securely. I have the matching paint for the wall.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

Hi there, ​I am currently recovering from an injury and am unable to use one of my hands, so I need a reliable handyman to assist with two simple jobs around the apartment before the colder weather sets in. ​The Tasks: ​Window Insulation: Apply an EPDM sponge to the right vertical side of a window sill to act as temporary weather insulation, as the window is stuck a little bit open and I'll hire a handyman to fix it properly later. You don't need to do the whole sill, just that one side. Note: I already have the EPDM sponge ready to go, and it has an adhesive backing so no additional glue is necessary. ​Mount Bedroom Heater: Securely mount a heater to the bedroom wall. I already have the heater here, and I believe it comes with wall mounting brackets in the box. It also comes with castors, which will be our Plan B if wall-mounting ends up not being possible. I have a stud finder available for you to use. ​Tools and Hardware: Please note that I will only be providing the EPDM sponge, the heater (along with its included brackets and castors), and a stud finder. You will need to bring your own tools and any other necessary materials (such as your preferred screws or wall anchors for the heater, just in case the supplied ones aren't suitable) to complete the work. ​Location is an apartment in Belconnen. I require someone to move an old electric panel wall heater to another room (see pic of wall heater) and affix a new larger panel wall heater to the old room. The walls are very tough gyprock (it's an old house built in the 1960s. There are existing wall brackets in the old room - hopefully they don't require alteration to accommodate the new heater.

You'll need to find a solution to allow the screws to reattach.

Roller blinds in the spare room, fell tonight and I'd like someone to put the blinds back in its place. You will need a ladder. The last person I got to come and do this for me, did a dodgy job and the blinds chain were actually stuck so I will need you took look at that for me as well. I found out after he had long left and there were dirty finger prints on the blinds so please ensure you have clean hands before doing the fixtures. Thank you.

It’s the thing that’s in your bathroom and it’s hanging down and maybe it can just be pushed back up but I don’t have a letter. I don’t really know. Be nice but do not fall down. I also am worried about the fans in the bathroom being full of dust, but that’s a whole issue and also concerned about my whole Aircon and fans needing a full clean out.
