Fix font screen door coming off hinge, fix door knob screws have come out and can’t be screwed back as holes have lost the thread, drill drawer to desk, hang some paintings. Need to bring tools and equipment

We have a side gate that is attached to brickwork on its hinge side with dynabolts. These dynabolts have been working their way out of the brickwork and now the gate does not properly align with the latch, meaning it won’t shut properly. Need someone to come and replace the dynabolts and fix the gate back to the wall properly again. Thanks!

We need to replace our outside carport ceiling access with a lockable version. I'm not sure if the size as i can't reach to measure but it looks square and around 400-500mm.

Bathroom and laundry timber windows need some repair of rot, replacement of hinge and some staining two windows. It would be good to replace the old thirty year old window exhaust fan in the bathroom with a similar, more effective one to ensure steam in the bathroom is dealt with. Anticipate replacement of window frame that has rotten, and repair of parts in reasonable condition, then stain both window frames.

We need a wall lightly sanded and painted after having insulation blown in. There are multiple plaster patches that need a light sand and then the whole painted to match other walls. The wall is 3.30m by 2.3 m. We also need the outside window to be lightly sanded and painted after having double glazing retrofitted. We would prefer the job to be done between 10am and 4pm. Paint is supplied. BYO brushes and rollers.

We have 2 outdoor window blinds at ground level that need to be replaced. Just the shades and reuse the existing rails, pelmets, unless it is really not possible.
