Our pavers have been laid above the damp course, causing dampness issues in our house. We've been told that the pavers need to be relaid about 7cm lower, so we don't have any issues. There is a air condition unit and hot water system in the way. I think we'd need to organise someone to disconnect the hot water system to allow for you to get in properly.
